What we found in Coimbra district
We read the site of each of the 17 councils: 3 have their own reporting channel, 5 route residents to A Minha Rua, the national form and 2 have nothing beyond general contacts. For 7 the site could not be read.
Each channel serves only its own municipality and nearly always keeps the report between the resident and the services. CleanSpot is the same app in all of them: municipality and parish come from the coordinates automatically, and every report sits on a public map where neighbours see it and can help.

My council has no app. How do I report?
Through the council’s general contacts, or A Minha Rua if the municipality has joined it. And on CleanSpot, which works in every municipality and puts the problem on a public map, visible to neighbours and services.
Does CleanSpot send my report to the council?
When a council subscribes to CleanSpot’s municipal dashboard, reports in its territory land there directly, with triage, assignment and tracking. Until then the report is public and anyone can see it on the map; use the council’s channel too.
